So, what’s Our Hubbard Workshop and what does it have to do with sandwiches? Simply put, “Our Hubbard Workshop” is the answer to a question people ask us all the time: “Where does all the great stuff you have in your stores come from?” We go to great lengths to make each and every Potbelly Sandwich Works unique by procuring and/or creating the little touches, quirks and oddities in our stores, that if you look for them, reward you with a smile.
