Our Commitment to the Neighborhood.

Our philosophy on giving is aligned with our mission, “To Make People Really Happy.” Kindness and the spirit of generosity are part of our culture and history. We want to spread as much of the Potbelly love as possible to the neighborhoods we are in. To do that, we focus on helping the families who live in our local communities. In helping those in need, we are also very sensitive to all points of view. Finally, our charity partners must also embody the same positive commitment to the community we try and achieve.

Potbelly Charitable Events – Peace, Love, & Potbelly

At Potbelly Sandwich Shop we strive to give back as much as possible to our great customers and local neighborhoods. Each year we support over 300 Fundraising Nights and larger charitable efforts benefitting Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation and other worthy charities.

    Charitable Donation Process

  1. All requests for charitable donations or sponsorships must be submitted 30 days prior to the event to the Potbelly Sandwich Shop Support Center:

  2. Donation requests must be submitted in writing on company or organization letterhead and should include the following details:
    • Requestor's name and contact information
    • Name and a brief description of the organization and the event
    • Date and time of the event
    • Number of people expected to attend the event
    • Specific donation being requested
    • A copy of the organization's IRS tax-exempt letter
